In view of the current COVID19 situation in Singapore that has led to the cancellation/postponement of weddings, freyafilms understands that couples are facing difficulties handling the matter. There will be no additional postponement charges should the postponed date be within the next 6 months (from date of request to change), subjected to the availability of our videographers. Dates will be rescheduled upon discussion between couples and freyafilms. Otherwise, Top-up to 2021 rates might be required if date is postponed to 2021.

Do note that if you reschedule to a date without consulting us and if we are unavailable, this will be considered as a cancellation of our service and there will be no refunds or change of service.

Below are some foreseeable situations, following by corresponding measures taken :

1. Videographer fell sick or quarantined
In the event that your Videographer fell sick or is unable to take on the engagement due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. Quarantined), we will assign another available Freyafilms videographer to take over the engagement. Freyafilms warrants that the Videographer assigned to take over the engagement shall be equally competent.

2. Videographer is unavailable on the postponed date
In the event that the couple chooses a postponed date but the videographer is not available, we will assign another available Freyafilms videographer to you. There may be top-up charges required if the new videographer package value is higher. There will be no refund if there is no videographer available. Please work with us closely on the availability of dates.

3. Cancel wedding due to Covid19
No refund.

4. Split day wedding or shorter engagement
There will be a $400 split day charge if freyaflims videographers are available. If you need to shorten the engagement, latest per hourly rate will apply, no refund if it falls below the deposit amount.
